Individual Adult Psychotherapy
This space is yours. Whether you are managing long-standing patterns or facing something new, adult therapy is a place to unpack experiences, explore identity, and begin making sense of what’s been heavy. Sessions might focus on emotional regulation, boundaries, self-trust, burnout, or navigating the complexities of neurodivergence. Together, we work to build insight while also honoring your capacity and pace.
-
Couples Therapy
Relationships can be a source of connection or conflict—sometimes both at once. Couples therapy helps partners slow things down, examine patterns, and build new ways of relating that feel more aligned. Whether you are navigating neurodivergent communication differences, grief, parenting stress, or rebuilding trust, we meet you where you are without taking sides.
-
Adolescent Therapy and Child Therapy (ages 8+)
Working with children and adolescents means creating safety and trust before anything else. Whether it’s anxiety, sensory overload, life transition, friendship challenges, emotional swings, or questions around identity, we support teens and children in making sense of their experiences while helping them access tools that feel realistic and aligned. We offer a blend of talk therapy, play therapy, and expressive arts therapy depending on your child’s developmental stage and preferences. We also collaborate with caregivers to support emotional development at home and school.

Psychedelic Preparation and Integration
Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy (PAT) is an emerging approach that combines careful preparation, supported experiences (where legally permitted), and integration to help clients process and make meaning from profound psychological material. There is a growing body of evidence for the benefits of PAT for conditions such as PTSD, depression, complex trauma, and more. This work may be of interest to individuals who feel stuck despite traditional approaches or are seeking deeper insight and change.
Emma Boelter Ennis, LPC, NCC, ADHD-CSSP has completed multiple specialized trainings in psychedelic-assisted therapy, with a focus on preparation and integration, and brings experience from work within the research setting.
Regulations for psychedelic-assisted therapy vary by state and are rapidly evolving. Availability of specific services depends on current laws and approved settings. Please contact us directly for the most up-to-date information about what may be offered in your area.

EMDR
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is an evidence-based intervention that helps individuals process and heal from distressing experiences and trauma. It works by using guided bilateral stimulation (such as eye movements or tapping) while recalling difficult memories, allowing the brain to reprocess them in a way that reduces their emotional intensity. EMDR can be particularly helpful for people dealing with trauma, anxiety, and depression, supporting a shift toward greater emotional regulation, resilience, and a more adaptive sense of self. Parent Coaching
Parenting is hard, especially when your child processes the world differently. These sessions are designed to help you show up with more confidence and less reactivity. We focus on understanding your child’s nervous system, decoding behaviors, and finding strategies that support both your child and yourself. This is not about being perfect—it’s about being present.

ADHD & Autism Diagnostic Consultations
Diagnosis is a deeply personal process. This one-time session is for people exploring the possibility of ADHD or Autism and looking for guidance. We walk through what assessment can look like, unpack what a diagnosis might mean (or not mean), and help you feel more informed and resourced to make the next right step for you or your child. This appointment also includes referrals for providers who can administer comprehensive psychological evaluations and psychiatric pharmacological support should you have a need.
