Transforming the challenges of life into pearls of growth.

About us

Specialities & Focus

Emma Rose and Associates is a psychotherapy practice dedicated to providing thoughtful, inclusive care for individuals, couples, and families. Our approach is rooted in trauma-informed principles and shaped by a neurodiversity-affirming lens. We believe therapy should feel collaborative, accessible, and grounded in authentic human connection. We also offer coaching and consultative services for individuals and organizations.

Our practice has extensive experience supporting neurodivergent clients and offers specialized care for those exploring ADHD or Autism-related concerns, whether through ongoing therapy or diagnostic consultation. We work with clients navigating an array of experiences, including anxiety, OCD, identity exploration, life transitions, trauma processing, relationship challenges, and LGBTQ+ concerns.

Meet Emma

Founded by Emma Boelter Ennis, LPC, NCC, ADHD-CCSP, Emma Rose and Associates reflects the belief that therapy should be both accessible and deeply personal. Emma is a licensed therapist whose work is rooted in Relational-Cultural Theory—a framework that centers the healing power of connection and holds that growth happens in relationship, not in isolation.

Emma’s approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in respect for each client’s lived experience. Emma creates space for clients to feel understood without needing to explain or edit who they are. She brings curiosity, care, and flexibility into each session, tailoring the work to what feels meaningful and sustainable for each person. In addition to Relational-Cultural Theory, Emma pulls from therapeutic frameworks such as Internal Family Systems, Narrative Therapy, Bowen Family Systems, and supports clients in developing practical skills and strategies to navigate immediate challenges and enhance day-to-day wellbeing.

Emma has her Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Loyola University New Orleans and received her undergraduate degree from Tulane University. She is a ADHD Certified Clinical Services Provider and is in the process of receiving a certification for Psychedelic Harm Reduction and Integration Therapy. She is currently enrolled in UNO’s Counselor Education Doctoral Program.

In addition to individual and relational therapy, Emma also offers consultative and coaching services.

Jayne brings a collaborative approach, often working within multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care. Jayne specializes in working with children, adolescents, young adults, families, couples, and parent education groups, helping clients build stronger connections and develop effective coping strategies.  She approaches therapy from a Family Systems perspective, pulling interventions from Solutions Focus, Narrative, and expressive arts.

Meet Lindy

Lindy is committed to creating a warm, open, and non-judgmental space where clients feel seen, heard, and supported. She believes that a strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation of meaningful and effective counseling. Lindy earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Sociology, and Education from Tulane University and her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Loyola University New Orleans.

With experience across the lifespan, Lindy specializes in working with adolescents, young adults, and their families—a focus shaped by her current role as a middle school mental health counselor and her background as a middle and high school teacher. She supports clients navigating a range of challenges, including identity exploration, self-esteem, anxiety, self-harm, life transitions, relationship issues, and trauma.

Lindy primarily draws from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) but recognizes that counseling is not a one-size-fits-all process. She integrates each client’s unique interests and needs into her approach, incorporating modalities such as activity-based counseling, family systems, and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). Lindy is also trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) which is an evidenced based trauma modality.

Understanding the courage it takes to reach out for help, Lindy considers it a privilege to walk alongside her clients on their journey toward healing and growth.
